Shipping

Every John Apel piece is handcrafted to order in our New York studio with the utmost care and precision. We are proud to offer complimentary, fully insured shipping on all domestic orders via FedEx or UPS overnight delivery.

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders ship via overnight delivery and are fully insured at no additional charge. Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. An adult signature is required upon delivery. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

As our pieces are made to order, please allow 3–6 weeks for production prior to shipment. For pieces with bespoke or custom specifications, lead times may be longer. Our team will communicate your estimated ship date at the time of order confirmation.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International orders are shipped fully insured via FedEx International Priority or DHL Express. Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Please note that all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and will be collected upon delivery.

Signature Requirement

An adult signature is required for all deliveries, domestic and international, to ensure the safe and secure arrival of your order.
